Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 15th workout - and after today, you will be officially half-way through the program! You should be proud!
This row will look quite familiar... as it's the same row we did on Day 1! After over a month of training and practice, you're ready to see where your fitness and rowing ability stands compared to when we first began the program!
Go back and look at your total distance as well as your average watts or pace/500m from Day 1 and use those numbers to help you set a goal for today. If you're new to rowing, you can beat your last row by a lot! The more advanced you are, the smaller the improvements will likely be - so plan accordingly!
