Welcome to Week 6 Day 1 in the New Rower, New You Program! It's the final week in the program!! We're going to see 4 workouts this week, but for 20 minutes each! It's time to dig deep and bring it for this final stretch!
In today's workout, I'll guide you through a quick warm-up before we row through one final "pause drill workout - where we'll combine 3 different pause positions with multiple stroke rate continuous intervals in between! Afterwards, we'll finish with a quick cool-down!
WORKOUT:
1 minute "Pause Drill"
1 minute steady row
4 rounds @ "Finish" position
4 rounds @ "Arms Away" position
2 rounds @ "Arms and Torso" position
Goal: practice technique cues and row as consistently as possible!
