Welcome to Week 5 Day 4 in the New Rower, New You Program! Our last workout before our final week of training!
In today's workout, I'll guide you through a quick warm-up before we work through more steady state practice similar to how we ended things last week. Now, for 15 minutes straight, we'll practice rowing consistently at a steady intensity. Afterwards, we'll finish with a quick cool-down!
