Welcome to Week 4 Day 1 in the New Rower, New You Program! You've made it past the halfway point - and now, we're going to see 4 workouts this week instead of 3. The workout durations are dialed back to 10 minutes each to help you better manage an extra day of working out!
In today's workout, I'll guide you through a quick warm-up before we practice a workout utilizing the "resistance settings" on our rowers! Afterwards, we'll finish with a short cool-down!
WORKOUT:
3 min @ 16 SPM - light resistance
3 min @ 16 SPM - moderate resistance
4 min @ 16 SPM - hard resistance
Goal: feel how different resistances affect your rowing!
