Welcome to Week 3 Day 1 in the New Rower, New You Program! Congrats on two weeks down! With a new week, we're bumping up the rowing to 15 minutes for every workout! You've got this!!
In today's workout, I'll guide you through a quick warm-up before we move into a brand new technique workout called the "Reverse Pick Drill". It's exactly how it sounds - the reverse of our standard Pick Drill! This will be a new and unique way to continue to dial in your rowing technique and will help you end the workout rowing 10 minutes consistently without stopping! Afterwards, we'll finish with a short cool-down!
