In today's workout, I'll guide you through a quick warm-up before we move into more practice with our "pause drill" workout. We'll get more rounds to do this time around to help us better dial in our rowing technique! Afterwards, we'll finish with a short cool-down!

1 min rowing @ 20 SPM
1 min pausing @ the "Finish" position
2 min rowing @ 20 SPM
1 min pausing @ the "Finish" position
1 min @ 20 SPM, 1 min @ 24 SPM
1 min pausing @ the "Finish" position
1 min rowing @ 24 SPM
2 minutes rowing @ 20 SPM
x 1 round
