The Resistance Training Program is a fun, themed workout program designed to help you maximize the usage of your rowing machine and all of the resistance settings it has to offer! This program creates a perfect blend of cardio and strength training all in one!
This 4-week program is designed for beginners all the way to advanced rowing athlete to help you better explore your rower and spice up your traditional rowing routines with a variety of new, "resistance-focused" workouts!
The program is designed to be completed as 3 workouts per week, every other day!
