Welcome to the Intro to Rowing workout program! This program is designed to help you get started with your rower with all of the tools you need to be successful over the course of 10 workouts together! If you're brand new to rowing, this is the place to start!
For our second workout, we'll actually be spending our time OFF of the rower to work through the best recovery exercises to help you stay injury-free and always get the most out of your rowing workouts moving forward! Once you've got these tools in your tool box, you'll have them for the rest of your life!
