Welcome to the 8-Week Heart Health & Stamina Series!
This program is all about building up heart health and aerobic endurance! With 3 workouts per week, we'll work through a variety of workouts focused on low to moderate stroke rates! That means no high rate sprinting!
If you've been looking for a program that focuses more on lower, controlled stroke rates without any HIIT workouts, this is the program for you!
There will be 3 workouts per week with weekly progressions to each! There are two phases to the program, both lasting for 4 weeks!
