NEW Program: "Fit in 10"

Welcome to the 4-Week "Fit in 10" program! This program is designed to help you maximize your fitness and results in just 10 minutes per workout!
Each week is broken up into 3 workouts: "The Triathlon", "Fast & Furious", and "The Slider"! These fun-themed workouts will help you build cardio, strength, power, and technique! Each week, the workouts will progress upon the previous workout - so take time to record and journal down how each workout goes! I recommend spreading out the workouts throughout the week and adding in additional activity or workouts on the days in between.
My weekly suggestion:
Monday - The Triathlon, daily walk
Tuesday - Strength workout, daily walk
Wednesday - Mobility or core workout, daily walk
Thursday - Fast & Furious, daily walk
Friday - Strength workout, daily walk
Saturday - The Slider, daily walk
Sunday - Off or other workout
