Welcome to Week 1 Day 1 in the 12-Minute 12-Week Challenge! I hope you're excited to embark on one of the most unique rowing journeys you've ever done as we power through just 12 minutes of rowing a day!
For our first workout, we're doing an initial assessment to test our rowing ability! It's important to see where we are now - so we can see how far we can GO over the course of the program. All I want you to do today is YOUR BEST, and we'll go from there!
