Welcome to the 12-week "SPRING" Into Rowing Challenge! This is a fun and challenging program to kick off the spring season! It's a great opportunity to hop back onto the rower if you've been off for awhile, or you're looking for another way to stay consistent with your journey!

This program is great for all rowing experience levels (and fitness levels)! The program begins with an initial assessment and has 3 main phases of training, with 4 progressive workouts each week!

Each week will have a:
Hybrid Row
Power Row
Strength Row
Cardio Row

Tons of variety to keep you involved and engaged throughout!

    Welcome to the FINAL workout in the Spring Into Rowing Challenge!

    The journey concludes today with our FINAL assessment! Remember all the way back in Week 1 Day 1? It's time to revisit that row and see just how far we've come!

    WORKOUT:
    10 minutes @ 22 SPM
    5 minutes @ 24 SPM
    5 minutes @ 26 SPM
