Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 7th workout - and we're back with more HIIT! You got an initial taste of what this type of workout entails last week. This week, it's all about improving the same workout!
This is the first time to learn about the importance of tracking your metrics and data from previous workouts in order to set goals and see progress in your rowing. For this workout, review your average watts or average split/500m results from last week's HIIT workout and use those numbers to set goals for today.
WORKOUT:
1 minute HARD rowing
1 minute EASY recovery rowing
x 15 rounds
5 rounds @ 24 SPM, 5 rounds @ 26 SPM, 5 rounds @ 28 SPM
GOAL:
Beat your watts or split/500m averages from last week's HIIT workout!
