Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our second workout - and it's time to start working on our technique! There is a lot to learn with rowing technique, and pause drills are one of the best ways to start mastering the form!
We'll be alternating intervals of continuous rowing with intervals of "pausing" at the finish position of the rowing stroke. This gives our brains a chance to slow down to better process the technique cues!
WORKOUT:
2 minutes rowing with a PAUSE @ "Finish" Position
1 minute rowing @ 20 SPM continuous
x 10 rounds
GOAL:
Listen to the cues and do your best to practice them!
