Over the next 8 weeks, you'll see a series of Strength, Blast Off, and Accelerate workouts designed to progress you to become your best!
To quantitatively see your progression with this program, I recommend doing a 1-minute time trial on your own, rowing as hard and as fast as you can for a minute, and recording your total meters and average split/500m (or watts)!
